Offer it up before you fix anything
Hold the housing against the top of the windshield and check it sits flush along the header trim. This is the 30 seconds that tells you the fit is right.

Mount the housing at the header
The bracket fixes to the existing mounting points above the mirror. Nothing is drilled, nothing is cut, and no adhesive goes onto the glass itself.

Run the 12V lead out of sight
Tuck the lead along the headliner edge and down the A-pillar to a standard 12V accessory socket. The trim is push-fit, so it goes back with your thumb.

The design
A slim aluminium housing mounts at the header, above the mirror. The shade runs on a motorised track and tensions against the A-pillars so it sits flush to the glass rather than sagging.
The fabric is a multi-layer reflective weave — the outer face bounces direct sun, the core blocks UV, and the cabin-side finish is matte so it doesn't throw glare back at you.
Retracted, the whole assembly is barely visible from inside and completely invisible from outside the car.

My car isn't a Tesla — can I still order?
Yes. Choose Other — custom-fit to my car and enter your make, model and build year. Your shade is cut for that windshield before it ships. If we can't fit your car we tell you and refund you in full — we won't send something that doesn't fit.
Why do you need my model and build year?
Windshield rake and width change between models, and often between facelifts of the same model. The year is what tells us which housing and track length to send, so it seats correctly against the header the first time.
Does it need to be wired into the car?
No. It draws from a standard 12V accessory outlet — there's no cutting into the harness and nothing permanent. Most owners are fitted in 10–15 minutes with no tools.
Will it block my rear-view mirror or the cameras?
No. The housing sits above the mirror mount and the shade sits flush against the glass, so nothing obstructs the mirror or the forward camera housing.
Can I use it while driving?
No — and it isn't designed to. It's for parked use only. Retract it before you set off.
Will it void my warranty?
It uses existing mounting points and a standard 12V outlet, with no cutting, drilling or wiring into the harness — so there's nothing to undo. We can't speak for how any individual manufacturer handles a claim, but nothing here is permanent.
