Apex EV Labs Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Apex EV Labs. We are dedicated to delivering your premium EV upgrades quickly and safely. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic & International Shipping (Focus: United States)

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Transit Time: Once processed, shipments to the United States typically take 5–8 business days to arrive.

  • Shipping Rates: Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  • We utilize premium air-freight logistics networks to ensure rapid cross-border transit and reliable tracking updates from dispatch to your door.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Apex EV Labs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: For US customers, orders under $800 USD typically do not incur import duties.
